William is a researcher and policy analyst with experience working across projects in various sectors, particularly in education, justice and health. He is experienced in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method data collection and analysis, literature reviews, stakeholder engagement and management, legal analysis, research design and internal operations development.

William is passionate about engaging with complex issues at a systemic level, understanding where best an issue can be addressed to attain lasting and impactful change as opposed to continuing ineffective and counterproductive policy cycles. He is particularly interested in issues related to gender, alcohol-related violence, criminal justice system reform and transformative justice. William enjoys collaborating with colleagues, clients and stakeholders to produce high quality work based in strong and empathetic relationships.
