Paul is the Managing Partner of our Australian operation. He works closely with Matthew Allen (Managing Partner, New Zealand) to set the strategic direction for the business, as well as provide leadership for the Allen + Clarke team.

Paul is an experienced public policy and business change consultant. Paul’s experience includes strategic policy development, regulation development, evaluations of program delivery, organisational transformation, business change processes, business case development, development of strategic plans and associated measurement frameworks, output and business plan development, management of new government initiatives and value for money reviews.

Paul has specific experience in cross-sector work, involving government and non-governmental agencies in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. Paul has undertaken work in a wide range of sectors including health, emergency management, social development, education, transport, aid development, local government, defence and finance.
