Nick has extensive experience in change management, including organisational review and development, business case development, project management, and evaluation. He has worked in varied settings in Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Island countries, Europe, and the Middle East across the infrastructure, economic development, health, and social services sectors.

In addition to working with both Australian and New Zealand government agencies, Nick has an extensive background in international development project design, implementation, and evaluation. With this extensive multi-cultural background, he is skilled at facilitating a shared understanding of goals between diverse stakeholders.

Nick enjoys and is adept at understanding complex problems and identifying solutions quickly to successfully drive change. He has led and supported multi-sectoral teams, blending his economics background with deep research and analysis skills, to deliver credible solutions that can be rapidly implemented.
