Ned applies his extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating public policies and programs in his leadership of our Evaluation + Research Practice. He has led numerous projects designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and review systems and processes, including fieldwork, analysis and reporting. He has worked in a range of sectors, including health, international development, education, community sport, primary industries, environment and indigenous development.

Ned works across quantitative and qualitative research methods, including case study design, focus group interviews, key informant interviews, facilitating workshops and sense-making techniques and survey methods. As well as considerable experience in New Zealand and Australia, Ned has completed projects in PNG, the Solomon Islands, Fiji, Samoa, Kiribati, Tonga and Tuvalu.

Ned thrives on the ability to bring together project ‘dream teams’ from across Allen + Clarke, and through partnerships with external experts.
