Kelley has been the Executive Director or Head of Secretariat for a number of Government inquiries and a Cabinet appointed Advisory Board – all addressing complex policy and regulatory challenges or matters of national significance such as mental health and addiction, identity and national security systems, infant botulism, and social licence for the use of data. She has also worked in the justice sector, leading cross-sector initiatives.

Kelley’s skills include end-to-end program planning and implementation, developing program strategy, resource allocation and financial management, recruitment and performance, information systems, sustainable partnerships, communications, reporting, risk and assurance and governance and systems thinking.

Kelley is driven by developing practical solutions and building and sustaining effective relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
