Fiona is an experienced mixed-methods researcher and evaluator, who has worked with a range of public and private sector organisations in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She has a PhD in wellbeing and music, as well as extensive experience in applying a systems thinking approach including developing and critiquing outcome frameworks and intervention logic.

Fiona’s work includes managing projects effectively, building strong relationships with clients, developing evaluation frameworks, carrying out reviews of literature and grey material, collecting and analysing data to form evidence-based conclusions. Fiona has expertise in equity issues gained from her equal opportunities experience in the delivery of intellectual disability and mental health services.

She is very interested in ensuring findings are communicated in ways that are engaging and easily understood by different audiences in a range of formats.
