Caroline is an experienced research and policy analyst and international development professional with extensive experience working at, and in partnership with, government, international, non-profit and multilateral agencies. Caroline is skilled in research methods, data analysis and evaluation, including the implementation of large-scale randomised control trials and the development of outcome frameworks.

Caroline’s work has spanned Indigenous affairs, social policy and global surgery in Australia; and agriculture, microfinance and maternal and infant health in East Africa and the Asia-Pacific. Her interests include research on poverty alleviation and generating evidence that helps decision-makers act to affect positive change.
