Anton is a business change specialist, helping clients navigate change and ambiguity through strategy development, business model design and organisational change. He specialises in designing operating models and strategic frameworks using systems thinking and human centred design approaches.

Anton has extensive experience advising clients in both government and the private sectors. He has worked successfully across a wide range of sectors including insurance, technology, banking, major events, energy and mining.

Anton has a particular interest in collaborative operating models, particularly their design and deployment on complex challenges or ‘wicked problems’ where they present compelling opportunities for government, industry and the community to work successfully together.
