What we did

A large government agency engaged us to assist with its organisational transformation work.

How we did it

We developed an appropriate methodology for the work and provided advice to Cabinet on the roles and responsibilities of each agency and the supporting corporate infrastructure arrangements, including the future governance arrangements. We also led the functional analysis work-stream including the subsequent functional allocation of resources (staff and funding) to both agencies. We developed an assurance framework and reporting approach to allow current and future business owners to understand the various business plans, key relationships, priorities, staff and resourcing issues, key risk and future work opportunities.
