Jack is an experienced policy professional, with expertise in developing regulations from the initial policy development stage to Cabinet approval and implementation. He is confident working with government agencies and external stakeholders, including where the objectives of those involved may differ significantly. Jack has a thorough knowledge of the machinery of government and is skilled in communicating complex and technical information in a succinct plain-English manner.

Jack has particular experience in both climate change and emergency management policy, having previously worked for Environment and Emergency Management agencies.
