Dr Rosemary Lowry

 

BSc, BA(Hons), LLB(Hons), PhD, GDipEd, GDLP

Rosemary is a policy analyst and researcher with extensive state government and university sector experience. She has worked on a range of complex policies and programs in the justice and environment sectors. Rosemary holds a PhD in Philosophy and worked as a post-doctoral researcher in the Netherlands, where she researched ethical issues relating to climate change policies and economic practices.

Rosemary is experienced in policy development, legislative reform, negotiation, project management and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive policy and project experience in relation to Traditional Owner rights (including leading whole of government reform). Rosemary’s key areas of interest are policy development and problem solving.
